Biography

Rick Lovato was signed by the Eagles in Week 15 of 2016 and has helped bring stability and success to Philadelphia’s special teams units. In his first full season as the long snapper in 2017, Lovato helped rookie kicker Jake Elliott connect on the longest FGs in Eagles regular-season (61 yards) and postseason history (53 yards). In 2018, he snapped for first-year punter Cameron Johnston, who set franchise records in both gross punting average (48.1) and net punting average (42.7).
