How do I pull up my ticket?
Within the Eagles App, tap Stadium and log into your Eagles Account. Once logged in, you will see all your tickets for upcoming events. Tap the event you would like to view and your mobile ticket will appear. For entry into the event, present that ticket to the ticket taker. Click here for step-by-step instructions.
What if I want to transfer my tickets?
If a friend or family member will be attending the game, you will need to transfer the tickets to them through the Eagles app. It's easy – select the game you would like to manage, select 'Transfer Tickets' and either select from your contacts or enter the email address. Once you transfer the tickets, the recipient will receive an email notification. They will need to accept the transfer at which point the tickets will be in their account (they must 'accept the transfer' to access the tickets.)
What if I want to post my ticket for resale on the NFL Ticket Exchange?
You can easily post your tickets for sale on the NFL TicketExchange through the Eagles App. Simply select the event you wish to manage, select 'Sell' and follow the prompts to post your tickets for sale.
What if I don't have a smart phone?
If you do not have a smart phone, contact the Ticket & Fan Services Team at 215-463-5500 to discuss alternatives.
What if my phone runs out of batteries and my tickets are stored there?
If your phone runs out of power, you can present a valid photo ID at any Will Call window to have your ticket reissued to gain access to Lincoln Financial Field.
Can I still manage my tickets on my computer?
Yes, you can access the Eagles Account Manager at PhiladelphiaEagles.com or by Clicking Here. Through the Eagles Account Manager, you will have the ability to
- Reserve your Season Tickets
- Transfer tickets to Friends, Family, or Clients
- Post ticket for resale
- Donate tickets to charity
- Update Account Information
