The Eagles signed rookie wide receiver Ife Adeyi on Thursday. A product of Sam Houston State, Adeyi participated in the Eagles' Rookie Camp following the 2025 NFL Draft.

Adeyi (5-10, 175 pounds) finished his Bearkats career as one of the school's most prolific playmakers, accounting for 164 receptions, 2,312 receiving yards, and 19 receiving touchdowns – each of those marks seventh in school history. He also added 306 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns, while also contributing as a punt returner. Adeyi's best season came in 2021 when he had 54 catches for 742 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Arguably the biggest highlight of Adeyi's career was his FCS National Championship-winning touchdown catch with just 13 seconds left against South Dakota State in the post-COVID spring of 2021. He earned All-Southland Conference second-team honors that year. Adeyi was also a part of Sam Houston's transition to the FBS.

Prior to the 2025 NFL Draft, Adeyi was not invited to the NFL Scouting Combine, but his numbers at Sam Houston's Pro Day would have compared favorably to those who performed in Indianapolis.

Adeyi is the 13th wide receiver on the current Eagles roster.
