Philadelphia Eagles

Community involvement:

My love for community involvement started as a Girl Scout! I earned my bronze and silver award and loved having my mom as a troop leader and inspiration until I graduated high school! love being able to share my passions of dance, fitness, and living your life to the fullest with others, so I volunteer coach with dance teams and teaching dance classes and clinics to children! I'm always finding ways to stay involved in the animal rescue community, as well, through adoption events or donating, volunteering, and fundraising for shelters!

Favorite Appearance:

While I was beyond lucky to be a part of so many incredible events my rookie year, I was blown away by the Huddle Up for Autism event in April! Seeing how many families, friends, and communities showed up in support of the autistic community, as well as the pure enjoyment from the experiences they had that day was an amazing experience to have! Every room and corner of the Linc had an exciting and inclusive opportunity for attendees to have fun and experience how much energy and support the Philadelphia Eagles community has!

Personal time: When I'm not dancing or at the gym working out, you'll usually find me doing some adventurous activity! I grew up going to a tree farm in upstate New York multiple times a year, hiking and spending time on the lake! I've always loved being outdoors, camping, swimming, ATVing and enjoying nature! I love spending time with friends and family or traveling to new places!

You may not know: I recently met my extended family in Ireland for the very first time! My family was able to connect with relatives that stayed in Ireland when my great grandfather moved to the United States. I've always loved traveling to new places and experiencing new cultures, and it was incredible to learn about my own family tree from where it started!

Favorite form of exercise: In addition to dance, I like to coach and take group fitness classes to get a full body workout and meet people with similar fitness goals! I'm a certified group fitness instructor, so I like to find ways to make exercise fun and do it with friends or family! I also go on daily walks and adventures with my dog!
