One charitable organization I'm incredibly passionate about is the Eagles Autism Foundation, which is dedicated to advancing autism research and supporting individuals and families affected by autism. Each year, I look forward to participating in the Eagles Autism Challenge 5K. It's one of my favorite events, not just because it brings the community together, but because it directly supports such an important cause. Being part of an organization that prioritizes inclusion, awareness, and meaningful impact is something I truly value, and I'm proud to contribute to the mission both on and off the field.
Favorite appearance and why:
One of my favorite appearances as an Eagles Cheerleader was participating in a flag football event in Brazil for the international game, where we had the incredible opportunity to play with kids from all over Brazil, including those of all abilities. What made this experience so meaningful was the way we connected with the children despite the language barrier through smiles, high-fives, and shared moments on the field. We were able to communicate through our actions. It was truly inspiring to see the joy and excitement in their eyes and to witness the impact we made just by showing up, engaging, and making them feel seen and celebrated.
My favorite gameday memory as a Cheerleader from the 2024 season was without a doubt the Snow Bowl. Cheering in the snow was an unforgettable experience. It felt like something out of a movie. The energy in the stadium was electric, and even though the weather was wild, I had so much fun doing what I love in such unique conditions. It was a perfect reminder of how special gamedays are, no matter what the elements bring, and it's a moment I'll cherish forever.
In my personal time, I enjoy going to the beach, traveling, and spending quality time with my family. Those moments keep me grounded and fulfilled. I'm also passionate about fitness and living a healthy, active lifestyle. As a certified trainer and a new Pilates instructor, I love not only taking classes but also coaching them, helping others feel strong, confident, and empowered in their own bodies. Sharing that passion with others is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
I've traveled to over 13 countries and studied abroad in Italy, which has fueled my passion for exploring new places and gaining diverse experiences around the world.
Favorite form of exercise other than dancing:
As a certified fitness trainer, I love coaching and participating in a variety of classes, particularly HIIT, strength training, and interval training. These dynamic workouts allow me to push my limits and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals, combining intensity, endurance, and strength for a well-rounded approach to health and fitness.
