Community Involvement:

As a public health professional, my mission extends into my personal life through my work as a teaching artist for Musicopia Dance, where I teach tap, hip hop, and ballroom dance to students in after-school programs throughout the Philadelphia community. This role allows me to share my passion for dance while creating spaces for youth to build confidence, express themselves, and connect with others. I'm also a Nationally Certified Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, training hundreds of community members, from collegiate athletes, to veterans, to nonprofit organizations, how to recognize and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Whether through movement or mental health education, I'm committed to building a healthier, more connected Philadelphia.

I'm a tap dancer and teacher of all ages! I love watching dancers find their rhythm and nail a new step. I also enjoy discovering restaurants with great oysters; it's one of my favorite food adventures! I am a proud alum and previous 4-year member and Captain of the Drexel University Dance Team, which gave me the opportunity to learn more about my leadership qualities. Plus, I competed in piano competitions for 10 years growing up, which I credit for my strong musical timing.

Favorite Appearance:

One of my most meaningful appearances was visiting the Bridesburg Boys and Girls Club for a STEM Leadership Day in celebration of the Army's 250th birthday - alongside Miss USA. It was such an honor to speak to the youth not just as a cheerleader, but as a Public Health Program Analyst working in city government. I got to share with them that it's possible to pursue both of your dreams, whether that's cheering on the sidelines or working in STEM to make communities healthier. What made the day even more special was the connection we built with the students. We talked about their goals, their passions, and how they see themselves in the future. They even made vision boards and created one for me, too! I still have that keepsake and hold it close to my heart. It reminds me why I love what I do: to be a role model, to uplift others, and to show the next generation that their dreams are never too big.

Favorite Gameday Memory:

The home playoff snow game against the LA Rams! The energy at the Linc was already electric, but when the snow started falling, it felt like we were dancing inside a giant snow globe. The atmosphere was pure magic. One moment that really stuck with me was performing the fight song in the end zone. The crowd was roaring, snow was swirling, and the Eagles were about to win another huge playoff game. That night led us straight to the NFC Championship, and experiencing that monumental game, surrounded by fans, teammates, and of course snow, was truly unforgettable.

Personal Time:

I enjoy playing with my labradoodle Simba, going for long walks around the city paired with stops at new coffee shops, and hiking whenever I can. I also love trying new restaurants with friends and teaching dance at studios across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, a passion that keeps me inspired and connected to my community.

Favorite exercise other than dancing:

Indoor cycling! It feels a lot like a dance class to me. I love the rhythm it brings and how we flow through the workout, dancing with our upper bodies. Plus, the music is always on point, which makes it even more enjoyable.
