I volunteer with a non-profit called Hands Up Silent Theater, a program which teaches American Sign Language (ASL) to kids through theater productions and strives to make the arts accessible to all. Using my knowledge of ASL and my passion for dance, I choreograph performances for the kids to showcase their talents and abilities. I am so inspired by Hands Up and its commitment to making the world a better and more inclusive place.
One of my favorite appearances was going to the Ronald McDonald House and celebrating their 50th anniversary. We played games, made friendship bracelets, and did crafts with the kids. It was such a joy to make positive memories with the children and their families and create a fun and carefree night for them. This appearance was one of the many moments that represents why I love being an Eagles Cheerleader, because inspiring the community and bringing joy to others will never fail to inspire me in return.
With so many memorable games last season, it's almost impossible to pick just one! Dancing in the snow at the Eagles vs Rams playoff game has to be one of my favorites. Not only did winning the game mean we were going to the NFC championship, we also got to see the Linc turn into a winter wonderland in the snow. Cheering on the snow-covered field alongside the best fans in the league is something I will never forget.
In my free time, I love creating art in different ways. I have illustrated books, designed apparel, and even started scrapbooking last year! My Super Bowl LIX scrapbook page is my favorite way to look back on our unforgettable time in New Orleans.
While volunteering with Street Tails Animal Rescue, I adopted my dog, Kenzie! I even had the opportunity to talk about Kenzie and the Eagles' partnership with Street Tails and other local animal rescues on a Philly Live segment last season.
Favorite Exercise other than dancing:
I love taking various workout classes around the city. My favorites are yoga, cycling, and barre classes.
