Biography

Community Involvement:

As an owner of a business, Community involvement is very important to myself as well as exposing my students to the benefits and positive outcomes it can give. Community involvement not only brings people together but creates positive relationships, unity, and the ability to provide support to others around you. I have participated in multiple community events as a former peer leader and council member in my youth and now a veteran Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleader. I took part in volunteering at the Special Olympics, visiting local nursing homes, and performing at different events to raise money for cancer. As a Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleader, I've had the honor and privilege of participating in many Eagles Autism events and fundraisers, visits to Ronold McDonald House, and other incredible community outreaches. Currently, my Dance Studio takes part in local community events every year offering performances, volunteering at our town's Harvest Fest and Spring into Fitness, providing a free dance class, and donating to different charities and foundations. During the holiday season, our dancers donate to the Carol Fund, donating toys, clothing, or significant items in need for families during the Holiday season. In October, to honor Breast Cancer Awareness month, we produce Breast Cancer symbolized apparel that 100% of the proceeds go to the Dancers Care Foundation. Throughout the year, my students and I donate often to CHOP hospital in Philadelphia through fundraising and spirit days! I've had the privilege of continuing to share my contributions to the communities around me through the Eagles organization and all the amazing opportunities they provide.

Favorite Appearance:

One of my favorite appearances and one that I hold dear to my heart was this past season at the Super Bowl in New Orleans. My teammates and I had the privilege of stopping by the Ronald McDonald House, visiting children and families in need. It was an honor to be those families' cheerleaders, get to know them and their stories, and put a smile on their face because they put a smile on mine. I am forever grateful for these opportunities the Eagles organization provide and the experiences we can provide to the communities around us.
