Philadelphia Eagles

Community Involvement: As a dance/movement therapist and professional counselor, I am a passionate mental health advocate. I utilize this passion by providing mental health support to the youth in the Philadelphia community through my career, volunteering at the suicide prevention convention, and donating clothes and shoes to Goodwill annually.

Favorite Appearance: My favorite appearances I have participated in would have to be the All-Abilities Cheer and Dance Fitness Clinics where individuals of all abilities spend a day learning from and dancing with the Eagles Cheer Team. I am a multifaceted individual with many passions and these clinics allow an opportunity for me to participate in an initiative that combines so many of them. From working with the neurodivergent community to bringing people with different backgrounds together through dance, these appearances fill my bucket like no other.

Personal Time:

Traveling is one of my favorite activities to participate in during my personal time, especially with my loved ones. I relish in learning about and immersing myself in different cultures. I also enjoy reading books of all genres while cuddled with my cat Astro!
