Vincent Doud is entering his 4th year as the Video Arts Design and Innovation Teacher at Woodbury Junior/Senior High School in Woodbury, New Jersey. Doud has earned this year's first All-Pro Teacher recognition for his amazing work in video production with his students. During his time at Woodbury, Doud has spearheaded the creation of the first-ever film studio, news channel, and a film crew that documents sporting events and plays for the school. COVID-19 could not stop Doud as he led the school from home charge by creating a Video Arts Design Award show with his students to help showcase and honor exceptional work by his students over the school year. Doud lives in South Jersey with his wife and two children. He's excited for the 2020 school year and the opportunity to continue to bring new and innovative ideas to Woodbury Junior/Senior High School during this unprecedented time of schooling.

Andrew Bachman is a Philadelphia native who teaches Engineering Technologies at Pottstown High School in Pottstown PA. Bachman has brought his exciting teaching strategies to Pottstown High School for the past 20 years. One of his standout projects that takes place every year for one of his classes is the Solar Oven where students are challenged to create an oven that can harness the power of the sun in order to cook a hot dog. This is just one of the many exciting engineering projects that Bachman brings to his students to help challenge their creative and scientific abilities. In addition to his engineering classes Bachman is a loving husband and a father to two sons. He has also relished his role as a teacher outside the classroom coaching girls lacrosse, middle school wrestling, and field hockey all while doing Judo and teaching Somba in the evenings. He is honored to be an All-Pro Teacher and is excited to continue to bring together thrilling engineering ideas that dare his students to think outside the box and grow their love for the engineering field.

Born and raised in Cinnaminson, NJ, Jess Kriegner has had a passion for education from a young age, introduced to the teaching profession by her mom who also pursued a career in this incredibly rewarding field. With more than 17 years of professional experience, Mrs. Kriegner has been fortunate enough to teach in multiple school districts throughout her career, including Norristown Area School District and Ocean City School District. She is a STEM educator, teaching middle school math nearly exclusively throughout her tenure including grades six and seven. She is extremely dedicated to her role as an educator in the STEM disciplines, which she exudes through her teaching and inspiration of her students. Mrs. Kriegner's background in brain based education and heavy use of technology has allowed her to leverage the latest techniques in student engagement, which has helped facilitate success for all types of learners. Mrs. Kriegner finds true fulfillment in her career as an educator and strives to inspire students and colleagues alike on a daily basis. As her career continues to evolve, Mrs. Kriegner's goals in the classroom include continuing to cultivate a love of STEM learning in her students and implementing real-life learning experiences with direct applicability to the challenges of today and tomorrow. Mrs. Kriegner holds a bachelor's degree from Ursinus College, a master's from St. Joseph's University, and a master's from Nova Southeastern University. Jess currently resides in Egg Harbor Township, NJ with her husband Chris and their two beautiful children, Brynn and Lincoln, ages 9 and 7.

Growing up in southern New Jersey, Shaun DeLoche has always had a love for STEM education. Mr. DeLoche is a graduate of The College of New Jersey for both his undergraduate and master's degrees. He started his teaching career at Lawrence HS and has been teaching at Math at Delran High School for the past 16 years. Currently, he is one of the managers of the Digital Fabrication Lab, where he helps lead a cradle-to-career pathway for students who are interested in working in STEM areas as adults. In the Digital Fabrication Lab students are able to use laser cutters, 3-D printers, vinyl cutters and more as they can see their designs come to life. Mr. DeLoche is an avid automobile enthusiast and who heads the Automotive Club at Delran High School. He enjoys working with his 9-year-old son Ithan on various STEM projects. Specifically, they bond over collecting and customizing diecast cars. Shaun has been married for 13 years to his wonderful wife Alison, who also works in the Delran school district. Shaun can't wait to bring more exciting STEM projects to the students of Delran High School.

Melissa is a National Board Certified social studies teacher in Wilmington, Delaware at Odyssey Charter School, an innovative and diverse dual-language Greek school. Melissa previously taught 6th-12th grade social studies at Conrad Schools of Science for a decade. Melissa currently teaches A.P. Human Geography, African-American History and Culture, U.S. History, and Food Studies at Odyssey and serves as the high school social studies department chair. Melissa is also a teacher adviser for Model UN, Youth in Government, and the Rho Kappa National Honors Society. Melissa is the KN-12th grade garden coordinator and co-leader of the OCS Green Team. Under her leadership, Odyssey earned an Eco-Schools Green Flag in 2019 and a U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon in 2020. Prior to teaching in Delaware, Melissa taught in India, Poland, and Thailand. Melissa earned a B.A. in history from Tulane University, a M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction (social studies) from the University of Delaware, and a M.A. in United States history at Villanova University as a James Madison Memorial Foundation Fellow.

Additionally, Melissa is a 2019 NEA Global Learning Fellow, a 2014 National Hope Street Group Teacher Fellow, a National America Achieves Fellow (Cohort 3), a National Geographic Certified Teacher, a 2017 American Geographical Society Teacher Fellow, and an alumnus of the Rodel Teacher Council (Cohort 1 & 2). As a member of the Rodel Teacher Council, Melissa contributed to a Blueprint for Personalized Learning, one of the first examples of educators developing policy recommendations for personalized learning in the country. Melissa was a Red Clay School District finalist for teacher of the year in 2014 and was nationally recognized for excellence in geography teaching by the National Council for Geographic Education. Melissa is the 2019 Gilder-Lehrman History Teacher of the Year (Delaware), the 2020 Delaware Charter School Network Teacher of the Year, and the 2020 Delaware Nature Society Environmental Educator of the Year. Melissa is a current member of the iCivics teacher network, a Teach SDGs Global Ambassador, and a former teacher advisory council member for both the National Humanities Center and for Hope Street Group. In September 2019, Melissa participated in an expedition to the Galapagos as a 2019 Grosvenor Teacher fellow with National Geographic and Lindblad Expeditions. Melissa is proud to be a Delaware educator, and she's highly passionate about food justice, global studies, and ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education.

After receiving his degree in mechanical engineering and working in the field for a few years Michael Omilian found his true calling as a teacher. Over the last 37 years, he's had the privilege to serve students as a teacher, Dean of Students, Math Department Chair and Director of Scheduling. For the last 30 years at Moorestown Friends School, he's been allowed to explore his passions and teach students from 7th to 12th grade classes from Prealgebra to Calculus II, Physics to Robotics and Electronics to Computer Science all in a nurturing inclusive environment. Michael was lucky enough to meet his loving wife of 30 years, Diane, working together at their first school. With her constant support, they have been able to build a wonderful life and family in South Jersey with their son Michael and daughter Mary, who as young adults make them proud every day. Michael enjoys learning more about math, science and new technologies every day, lifting weights and reading science fiction. He considers himself lucky and extremely grateful to have such a supportive family and school.

Shirley Posey has been an educator for eleven years, including her role as a college professor and as Johns Hopkins University CTY Sensory Brain Instructor. She has facilitated 11th grade Biology at Imhotep Institute Charter High School since 2017. Upon arrival at Imhotep, Shirley was challenged to help increase Biology Keystone Tests Scores and to revamp the Biology II course. Not only has she increased the Biology Keystone Scores significantly, she has revamped the curriculum to include: Open Heart Surgery Sheep Heart Dissection, a Crime Scene Investigation Lab, aquaponics labs to increase fresh crops in urban communities and more! Shirley earned her B.S. in Biology from Clark Atlanta University and her Masters in Medical Science from Hampton University. She is the co-founder of NeuroAdvanced Academics, Inc., an educational firm using neuroscience based practices to enhance academic learning and to facilitate Professional Development for educators. Shirley is the loving mother of the brilliant and vibrant 2-year old Elizabeth Elle.

I have been teaching at Camden County Technical Schools in Pennsauken, NJ for 14 years and have taught Engineering for the past 6 years. I also serve as the FIRST Robotics coach for our team since its inception 3 years ago. Teaching in this field allows me to introduce STEM opportunities to students and show them where it can take them in the future. I enjoy working with new technology and getting students excited about being a part of future innovations. I am a lifelong resident of South Jersey and reside in Deptford with my wife and 3 children. I have always loved Philly sports, especially the Eagles, so I am proud and excited to be honored with this award. GO BIRDS!!!

Ryan grew up in Stratford, NJ, the 2nd oldest of five kids. He attended his first Eagles game during the 1996 season. During college, Ryan studied engineering with a focus on biomechanics and joint replacement at Drexel University. He earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering in 2006 and later a doctorate in 2011. Ryan and his future wife would often listen to the Eagles gameday call with Merrill Reese and Mike Quick while pulling weekend hours at the research lab. After graduation, Ryan joined the Philadelphia Teaching Fellows in 2011, and taught in the Philadelphia School District for 5 years. In 2016, Ryan began a directorship of the Engineering Technology Academy at West Catholic Preparatory HS. Since 2016, Ryan has worked closely with administration and admissions staff, growing enrollment in the program to >40% of the student body. Ryan, Jill and their 3 sons, Sean (6), Patrick (4) and Brendan (10 months) watch the Eagles every week, complete with an utterly hilarious running commentary from the boys.

Nancy grew up in a row home in Northeast Philadelphia with her parents and seven siblings. She has always known she has wanted to be a teacher since she was little when she would play teacher for her youngest siblings, giving them tests and handing out grades. Nancy's official teaching career began over twenty years ago when she was offered a mathematics teaching position at a Philadelphia Archdiocesan high school. After earning her master's degree in Technology in Education, Nancy moved around to several schools while she started her family. In 2002, Nancy became part of the Cinnaminson family as a high school mathematics teacher. After fourteen years in the Mathematics department, she transferred to the Business/Technology department to create and teach two new computer programming courses along with teaching financial literacy. Within the last several years, she helped create two new afterschool programs, a Girls Who Code club and the high school Robotics team which she still works as a co-advisor. Nancy still lives in Northeast Philadelphia with her husband, Robert, and her two youngest children, Ryan and Colleen. Her oldest son, Matthew and his wife Jen live in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
