Avant Joins Students On Tour Of Museum Exhibit

In celebration of Black History Month, wide receiver Jason Avant toured the America I Am: *The African Imprint *exhibit at the National Constitution Center with 20 students from William Dick School.

The exhibition covered nearly 500 years of African American history and included artifacts from every period in America's history. Avant and the students were able to see first-hand the artworks of early African Americans, Malcolm X's journal, a copy of the Emancipation Proclamation, as well as many other unique pieces.
