The Philadelphia Eagles and Nouryon are recognizing outstanding teachers in the tri-state area for their contribution to their students, school, and community.

Celebrating it's 12th year, the All-Pro Teachers program honors exceptional 5th through 12th grade teachers in the region for their commitment to education. From July 1st, 2026 to October 30, 2026, teachers in any school district throughout the Greater Philadelphia region can be nominated by members of the community, current or former students, fellow teachers, and school administrators.

Jennifer Jones

Commanders vs. Eagles

Jennifer Jones has been a dedicated Speech Therapist (also known as a Speech Teacher) for the past 28 years, currently serving in the Woodstown-Pilesgrove School District. She earned her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Kean University in 1998 and has devoted her career to the public school system, supporting students with diverse learning differences, including Autism, Down Syndrome, and other developmental disorders. Jennifer brings specialized skills in adapting instructional strategies, implementing targeted interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families to build truly inclusive learning environments.

While improving her students' speech, language, and communication skills is central to her work, what fills Jennifer's heart most is connecting with her students beyond the classroom—whether attending Homecoming and Prom to watch them flourish or building meaningful community partnerships. Last spring, she joined coworker Katie Nicotra to support the Eagles Autism Foundation by assisting with fundraising ventures and running in the Eagles Autism Challenge. Katie's team raised over $10,000.00, which brought the Eagles Cheerleaders to their school and welcomed "Robert," a service dog who has had a profound impact on the lives of their students. She is honored to be recognized as an Eagles All-Pro Teacher.

Tracey Cooke is a Northeastern University graduate who has been teaching for over 22 years across the Northeast Region; including Maryland, Baltimore City, Washington DC, and Philadelphia. During that time, she has influenced communities and students in over 6 schools and across several grades; 5th-7th. She's also worked as a Dean at Daroff Middle School. Tracey is currently the 7th grade ELA Teacher and Grade level at KIPP West Preparatory Charter School.  She has influenced countless students and families.  Encouraging young people, helping them to recognize their own potential, and celebrating their successes. Her passion and efficacy for teaching shows her student's engagement, energy, and scores.

Along with her reputation, she has a sparkling list of recognitions and awards mirroring her vested interest in educational development. Some awards and accolades include: (most recent) Eagles & Nouryon All-Pro Teachers 2026, Constance Clayton Award Teacher of the Year, KIPP Portrait of an Educator, and KIPP West Preparatory Student Excellence Data Award Winner. Tracey loves God, her family, and all the relationships she's built along the way.
