Eagles sign wide receiver Ife Adeyi

The Eagles signed rookie wide receiver Ife Adeyi on Tuesday. Adeyi signed with the Eagles in June after participating in Rookie Camp and was released shortly after. To make room for Adeyi on the 90-man roster, the Eagles waived wide receiver Danny Gray with an injury designation.

Adeyi went undrafted in 2025 out of Sam Houston State. He had 164 receptions, 2,312 receiving yards, and 19 receiving touchdowns in his college career, also adding 306 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns.

The 5-foot-10 wide receiver posted career highs in receptions (54), receiving yards (742), and touchdowns (10) in 2021. The year prior, Adeyi caught the game-winning touchdown in the FCS National Championship Game with less than 20 seconds remaining.
