The Eagles were without seven players at practice on Wednesday – running back Saquon Barkley, linebacker Jihaad Campbell, defensive back Michael Carter, wide receiver/punt returner Britain Covey, cornerback Jonathan Jones, wide receiver DeVonta Smith, and wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks.
Barkley battled through his hamstring/back injuries to score a touchdown Sunday night in Washington. Carter returned from an abdomen injury, only to reinjure it early against the Commanders. Campbell (hamstring/quad), Covey (knee), Jones (hamstring), Smith (hamstring), and Wicks (ankle) were all sidelined against Washington.

Coming off the bye week, the Giants' leading rusher Cam Skattebo was one of only two players who did not participate in Wednesday's practice. Skattebo was sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Skattebo is the only Giants player with more than 100 rushing yards this season (418) in New York's 4-2-1 start. He's averaging 4.3 yards per rush and has two touchdowns. Sunday marks Skattebo's return to Philadelphia for the first time since his rookie season ended due to an ankle injury.
In eight games as a rookie, Skattebo posted 410 yards (4.1 yards per carry) and five touchdowns.
Giants edge rusher Abdul Carter missed Wednesday's practice due to an illness. Carter had seven QB hits and two sacks this season. A year ago, Carter led the NFL with 45 quick pressures.
