Kelly Green Roster Move

The Eagles announced on Wednesday that the team has signed cornerback Christian Braswell to the practice squad.

A native of Washington D.C., Braswell played his college football in Philadelphia for the Temple Owls. After four seasons with Temple, the 5-foot-11 cornerback transferred to Rutgers for his final two collegiate seasons, playing his way into being a sixth-round pick by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2023 NFL Draft.

After three-plus seasons with Jacksonville, the Jaguars waived the 27-year-old defender earlier this October with an injury designation. Through 20 games played in the NFL, Braswell has recorded 19 tackles and 3 passes defensed.

During the NFL season, the Eagles host events in the community featuring players, Eagles Cheerleaders, SWOOP, and more. Check out photos of Eagles in the Community so far this season!
