The Eagles activated the 21-day practice window for running back Miles Sanders, who is currently on the Injured Reserve list.

Sanders was placed on the Injured Reserve list after he suffered an ankle/foot injury during the Las Vegas game on October 25. The 24-year-old has missed the last three games. The third-year back has 300 rushing yards (4.8 yards per carry) and 118 receiving yards this season.

Running back Jordan Howard was activated from the practice squad to help fill in for Sanders and posted 211 yards on 41 carries for a 5.1 yards per carry average, while adding three touchdowns.

The Eagles rank third in the NFL in rushing offense (144.3 yards per contest), fourth in yards per carry (5.0), and fourth in rushing touchdowns (14).
