► Was born in Harare, Zimbabwe before his family immigrated to Austin, TX when he was 9 years old ... While in Zimbabwe, Mukuba's family dealt with far from ideal living conditions that included Andrew and his siblings sleeping on the floor, going days without electricity and having to walk miles into Zimbabwe's capital city for necessary resources

► Upon moving to the states, he attended Lyndon B. Johnson (TX) High School where he excelled as a versatile superstar, winning District Offensive Player of the Year in 2020 while recording 6 INTs on defense

COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS

► Began his collegiate career at Clemson (2021-23) before spending his final season at Texas (2024) ... Played in 50 total games (44 starts), recording 218 tackles (151 solo), 31 PDs, 8.5 TFL, 6 INTs and 2 FRs

► As a senior at Texas in 2024, played in 15 contests (12 starts) earning third-team All-SEC honors after totaling 69 tackles (41 solo), 11 PDs, 5 INTs (tied team-high), 4 TFLs and 1 FF ... Helped the Longhorns make appearances in the SEC Championship and the CFP Semifinal

► In 2021, registered 54 tackles (38 solo), 2 TFLs, 1.0 sack and 1 FR in 13 games (10 starts) en route to earning Freshman All-American honors and winning the ACC Defensive Rookie of The Year ... The 10 starts were the most by a Clemson true freshman in the modern era ... Began season as the first true freshman DB to start a game for Clemson since 1972 when he took the field versus Georgia (9/4/21)
