We know 3 of the Eagles' 17 regular-season games and, gotta say, they're great. They're national. They're in the spotlight. When you are a team coming off a World Championship season, you're going to be featured in a big, big way.
That's what to expect as the 2025 Philadelphia Eagles regular-season schedule rolls out.
The ones we know already, ahead of Wednesday's 8 PM full release: Dallas comes to town on Thursday, September 4, 8:20 PM kickoff (NBC/Peacock) at Lincoln Financial Field. Of course, the Super Bowl LIX banner will be unveiled at that time.
On the field, it's going to be the resumption of a rivalry in the NFC East. Dallas has been active in the offseason, ushering in new Head Coach Brian Schottenheimer, some new pieces for the offense – first-round draft pick Tyler Booker for the offensive line, former Eagles running back Miles Sanders for the backfield, and wide receiver George Pickens among the additions.
Last season, the Eagles outscored Dallas to the tune of 75-13 in two victories. This, however, is a new season and two new teams. Still, it's the same rivalry – one of the most intense and scrutinized in the entire NFL.

It's EAC Week!
Join the Eagles organization for the Eagles Autism Challenge next week and make a transformational impact in the autism community!
We also know that the Eagles will host Chicago on the day after Thanksgiving at Lincoln Financial Field, a 3 PM kickoff on Amazon Prime. The Bears feature new Head Coach Ben Johnson, a rebuilt offensive line, and the expected significant leap of 2024 No. 1 overall pick quarterback Caleb Williams in his second season.
The third game that we know about will be played in Week 16, on Saturday, December 20, to be exact. This one is a road game, at Washington, on FOX (time to be determined). And the Commanders are expected to be a handful in the season ahead with second-year quarterback Jayden Daniels leading the way. Wide receiver Deebo Samuel and new left tackle Laremy Tunsil bolster the offense and the Washington defense returns largely intact.
That's the extent of what is public to this point. And all three games have huge importance as the national football audience pays keen attention to the Eagles and their quest for more greatness in 2025.
We are early in the 2025 offseason, and yet Eagles fans everywhere are eagerly anticipating what's next. Expect plenty of national games, prime-time exposure, and the very best shot from every team. That's what happens when you've won the Super Bowl the previous season.
These Eagles aren't those Eagles. This is a new team on the same mission with plenty of fresh faces mixed in with some experienced veterans. The regular season, months away, opens against Dallas and that technically means it's Dallas Week now and will be for many weeks to come.
Doesn't that raise the blood pressure just a bit, in a very fun way?
Three games down, 14 more to go and we'll all find out together on Wednesday evening. If you are having trouble sleeping because you're so excited, well, join the club. This is the next great step of the offseason – the regular season schedule release – and please, please, please enjoy every minute of the fun.
