All of the Eagles' inactives against the Giants were already ruled out with injury on Friday. After returning from an abdomen injury last week that kept him out of two games, defensive back Michael Carter reaggravated the injury versus the Commanders and subsequently missed practice all week.

For a third week in a row, the Eagles will be without two of their starting receivers as DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks were ruled out again on Friday. Linebacker Jihaad Campbell misses his second game with hamstring/quad injuries.

Quarterback Tanner McKee is active after being listed as questionable with a rib injury. Rookie Cole Payton is active as well while Joe Milton makes his first regular season start.

With Britain Covey sidelined with a knee injury, the Eagles have rotated between Jaydon Blue, Cooper DeJean, Elijah Mitchell, and Makai Lemon to handle punt and kick return duties.

Mitchell has been elevated from the practice squad for the third week in a row. Rookie safety Cole Wisniewski is elevated for the second time this season, making his NFL debut against the Panthers in Week 6.

The major news out of New York: running back Cam Skattebo is inactive after being listed as doubtful for the game with a hamstring injury. Veteran Devin Singletary will be the primary ball carrier, backed up by undrafted rookie Gregory Desrosiers.

Running back Phil Mafah has been elevated from the practice squad, along with wide receiver Jalin Hyatt for the Giants. Other inactives include red zone threat Thomas Fidone II and rookie cornerback Colton Hood.

Wide receiver and return specialist Charlie Jones is active for the Giants after an initial questionable designation with a hand injury.
