The road to redemption can be a long one. Part of the process of redemption is revisiting the past and preparing for the future. With a new season on the horizon, the road to redemption has already begun. While the players have been gearing up for Training Camp, something has been brewing in South Philadelphia – a new season of Eagles Unscripted!

Eagles Unscripted, presented by the Lincoln Financial Group, is the Eagles' flagship content series. The videos give fans a behind-the-scenes look at all things Philadelphia Eagles. Eagles Unscripted will be released every Wednesday during the 2023 regular season and can be found on the Eagles' YouTube page, website, app, and other social media channels.

Here are five reasons why you should watch the season premiere of Eagles Unscripted: The Road to Redemption.

1. What it means to be an Eagle

Eagles Unscripted gives fans access to never-before-seen footage from the team meeting on the eve of Super Bowl LVII. Nick Sirianni gave the floor to the leadership council to inspire and motivate the team. Jason Kelce, Lane Johnson, and other veteran players talked from the heart. The overwhelming theme of the speeches – Family. Wide receiver A.J. Brown made note of that, saying, "Ever since I got here, it has been a family." If you love inspirational quotes from Jalen Hurts, you will not want to miss this opening segment.

2. Cruise with Coach

Head Coach Nick Sirianni is featured throughout the episode as he drives from his home to the NovaCare Complex. Coach Sirianni revisits a special 2022 season and explains his approach as the team enters a new year. He also talked about the incoming draft class, why they were chosen, and the impact that those guys will have. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride with Coach Sirianni!

3. Run it back

After a trip to Super Bowl LVII, the Eagles brought back the core of their roster. The core four of Fletcher Cox, Brandon Graham, Lane Johnson, and Jason Kelce all re-signed in the offseason. The secondary duo of Darius "Big Play" Slay and James Bradberry returned with new contracts. The biggest move that Howie Roseman made was signing starting quarterback Jalen Hurts to a long-term contract extension. Episode one gives you a behind-the-scenes look at the signings of your favorite players, including a special moment between Hurts and Eagles Chairman and CEO Jeffery Lurie.

4. The Philadelphia Eagles select ...

Jalen Carter and Nolan Smith were drafted with the two first-round picks that the Eagles owned in the 2023 NFL Draft. While you saw Carter walk across the stage and Smith get the call at home, Eagles Unscripted gives you a look at the former Georgia teammates' first time in the NovaCare Complex as members of the team. Fans will also get the chance to see how rookies prepare for life in the NFL and what occurs during Rookie Camp.

5. Bonding with the Birds

Great teams are built with great chemistry. What makes the current group of players so special is the bonds that they share. Eagles Unscripted takes you on three team bonding trips: the rookies' visit to NFL Films, Rookie Chopped, and team bowling. The episode shows how involved the players are in the annual Eagles Autism Challenge. Follow Nolan Smith around as he provided much-needed hydration for the participants. To find out which rookie is the best cook, tune in to this week's installment of Eagles Unscripted.
