The Philadelphia Eagles announced on Tuesday that the team has released defensive tackle Gabe Hall from the practice squad.
Originally signed by the Eagles as a rookie free agent out of Baylor in 2024, Hall made his NFL debut in 2025 in the season-opening win over the Cowboys, playing five snaps on defense. The 6-foot-6 defensive tackle was also called up for the 2025 Week 6 matchup with the Giants, but spent the majority of his first two seasons on the practice squad.
This offseason, Hall was waived as part of the Eagles' final roster cuts following preseason and Training Camp. After passing waivers, the former Baylor Bear signed to the practice squad for a third season in a row. Hall won Super Bowl LIX with the Eagles. – Written by Caroline Connor
