The Eagles are 2025 NFC East Champions after defeating the Washington Commanders, 29-18, on Saturday night.
Philadelphia becomes the first team in 21 seasons to win back-to-back NFC East titles.

1st Quarter
4th-and-goal at PHI 2 (11:42)
- The Commanders strike first with a 20-yard field goal by Jake Moody. The drive was set up by a Will Shipley fumble on the opening kickoff which gave Washington the ball on the Philadelphia 26-yard-line. (Commanders 3 – Eagles 0)
2nd-and-goal at WAS 5 (2:40)
- The Eagles take the lead on a 5-yard touchdown pass from Jalen Hurts to DeVonta Smith! Philadelphia had an extremely efficient drive needing just seven plays to go 63 yards. A.J. Brown had two chunk plays while Smith opened the drive with a 16-yard gain. Hurts also had a 14-yard scramble on the possession. (Eagles 7 – Commanders 3)

- Sack! Brandon Graham gets his third sack in the last five quarters, bringing down Marcus Mariota to force a Washington punt!
2nd Quarter
2nd-and-goal at PHI 1 (3:57)
- The Commanders retake the lead with a 1-yard touchdown run by Jacory Croskey-Meritt. Washington went 67 yards on nine plays. The drive was highlighted by a 40-yard catch by Terry McLaurin on the first play. (Commanders 10 – Eagles 7)
3rd Quarter
3rd-and-goal at WAS 15 (3:33)
- TOUCHDOWN! Jalen Hurts delivers a laser to Dallas Goedert on 3rd-and-goal from the 15-yard line! Hurts now has a career-high 24 passing touchdowns this season. The drive was extended after the Eagles drew an illegal contact penalty on 4th-and-7. DeVonta Smith drew a pass interference penalty on third down in the end zone to set up the score. The Eagles went 83 yards on 17 plays. (Eagles 14 – Commanders 10)
3rd-and-13 at WAS 44 (:40)
- INTERCEPTION! Cooper DeJean intercepts Josh Johnson to set the Eagles up at the Washington 37-yard-line! DeJean jumped the route for his second interception of the season.
4th Quarter
1st-and-10 at WAS 12 (11:40)
- TOUCHDOWN! The Eagles make it a two-possession game with a 12-yard run by Saquon Barkley! Barkley, who eclipsed 1,000 rushing yards for the season on the drive, broke numerous tackles on his way to the end zone. (Eagles 21 – Commanders 10).
1st-and-10 at WAS 22 (4:33)
- TOUCHDOWN! Tank Bigsby runs 22 yards for the score as the Eagles take total control! The score was set up by a 48-yard run by Saquon Barkley where he broke multiple tackles. Saquon Barkley scored on the two-point try. (Eagles 29 – Commanders 10)
1st-and-goal at PHI 3 (1:13)
- Chris Rodriguez scores from 3 yards out. The Commanders convert the two-point conversion. (Eagles 29 – Commanders 18)

Standouts
DB Cooper DeJean
DeJean had a big-time interception in the third quarter that helped the Eagles take control against Washington. DeJean was also a stout tackler as always and finished with four passes defended.
QB Jalen Hurts
Jalen Hurts remained hot, completing 22-of-30 passes for 185 yards and two touchdowns. Hurts also added 40 yards on the ground. He connected early and often with A.J. Brown, who had nine grabs for 95 yards.
RB Saquon Barkley
Barkley had an unreal 48-yard run where he spun out of a tackle behind the line of scrimmage and bolted down the left sidelined, breaking another tackle on his way. Barkley's impressive 12-yard touchdown run gave the Eagles a two-possession lead that they would not relinquish. Barkley finished with 132 rushing yards on 21 carries with a touchdown and two-point conversion.
