Saquon Barkley's first season in Philadelphia ended with a championship, but the hardware keeps coming.

Barkley was named the Best NFL Player at the ESPYs on Wednesday night after his terrific debut year in Midnight (and Kelly) Green.

Barkley set an NFL record with 2,504 rushing yards in the regular season and playoffs, breaking a record that stood for more than 25 years. He also became just the ninth player in NFL history to rush for 2,000 yards in a regular season on his way to winning AP Offensive Player of the Year honors.

All season, Barkley was a big play waiting to happen, setting an NFL record with seven 60+ yard rushing touchdowns. Barkley erupted in the playoffs, averaging 124.8 rushing yards per game and 1.3 touchdowns.

It was a dream season for Barkley in Philadelphia, and he was recognized for it at the ESPYs, where he was also nominated for Best Play (his reverse hurdle) and Best Male Athlete (or Best NFL Player).
