Defensive Sack Attack ... The Eagles defense racked up eight sacks on the day from six different players ... DE Darren Howard had 2.0 sacks in the game and has 5.5 in the last five games. He leads the team with 8 this season ... DE Trent Cole also had 2.0 sacks on the day, marking his 10th-career multi-sack game. Cole now has 31.5 sacks for his career, tying him with Mike Mamula for 12th place in team history ... CBs Joselio Hanson and Sheldon Brown each registered their first sacks of the season, becoming the 13th and 14th different Eagles to do so in 2008 ... DT Brodrick Bunkley and DE Chris Clemons each picked up their second sacks of the season.

3rd Down Shutdown ... The Eagles defense held the Bengals to 20% (4 of 20) on third down conversions. The Eagles are undefeated (5-0-1) when allowing lower than a 40% conversion rate on third down.

Green Akers ... K David Akers was 2 for 2 on field goal attempts and has now connected on 12 straight, tying the fifth-longest streak in team history. Akers is seven points shy of becoming the 40th player in NFL history to reach 1,000 points for his career.

The Eagles 13-13 tie against the Bengals marked their first since a 10-10 finish on 11/16/97 at Baltimore and the first in the NFL since 11/10/02 when Pittsburgh and Atlanta played to a 34-34 finish ... LT Tra Thomas played in his 160th career game, moving past Randy Logan and into fourth place in team history.
