Eagles sign eight undrafted free agents

After drafting eight players, the Eagles are continuing to add to their roster.

The 2026 NFL Draft finished on Saturday evening, but the player acquisition process doesn't end there.

The Eagles signed eight undrafted free agents, adding to the list of the eight players selected on draft weekend.

Philadelphia is known to have success with UDFAs, from players like Reed Blankenship and Darius Cooper to Corey Clement, Trey Burton, and T.J. Edwards among many others.

Here are the Eagles' 2026 undrafted free agents:

Kapena Gushiken
Kapena Gushiken

S Kapena Gushiken, Mississippi

Gushiken started his college career at Saddleback Community College before transferring to Washington State for the 2023 and 2024 seasons. He played his final year of college ball at Ole Miss, starting 12 games and setting a career-high with 55 tackles. Gushiken, who ran an unofficial 4.35-second 40-yard dash with a 41-inch vertical and 11-foot broad jump at the Ole Miss Pro Day, had four interceptions across his final three college seasons and 20 passes defended.

Tucker Large
Tucker Large

S Tucker Large, Washington State

After starting his career at South Dakota State, Large transferred for his redshirt senior season. In his lone season for the Cougars, Large was a team captain and had 71 tackles (three for a loss) and six passes defended.

Deontae Lawson
Deontae Lawson

LB Deontae Lawson, Alabama

Lawson was a five-year player at Alabama and graduated (with both a bachelor's AND a master's degree) top 10 on the school's all-time tackles list with 283. A two-time captain and one of the most decorated defensive players in school history, Lawson started 37 games over the past three seasons and posted a career-high 89 tackles in 2025.

Maximus Pulley
Maximus Pulley

S Maximus Pulley, Wofford

Pulley began his college career at Western Kentucky before spending three years at Wofford. As a senior, he was named an FCS All-American after having 85 tackles, 10 passes defended, five interceptions (led the conference), and returned two of them for touchdowns (tied for most in the country). Pulley was a finalist for the Buck Buchanan Award, given to the best defensive player in the FCS.

Jaeden Roberts
Jaeden Roberts

G Jaeden Roberts, Alabama

Roberts spent five years at Alabama and started 25 games at right guard for the Crimson Tide, who won a pair of SEC Championships during Roberts' tenure.

Rocco Underwood
Rocco Underwood

LS Rocco Underwood, Florida

During the 2024 season, Underwood won the Patrick Mannelly Award, given to the best long snapper in college football. He played 49 games during his career at Florida

Joshua Weru
Joshua Weru

OLB Joshua Weru, Arizona State

Weru joins seventh-round pick Uar Bernard on the Eagles from the International Player Pathway Program. Weru previously played rugby and is from Kenya. At the HBCU Showcase, Weru had a 4.45-second 40-yard dash, 41.5-inch vertical, and 11-foot-2 broad jump.

Dae'Quan Wright
Dae'Quan Wright

TE Dae'Quan Wright, Mississippi

Wright began his career at Virginia Tech before spending the last two years at Ole Miss. He had career highs in receiving yards (635), receptions (39), and receiving touchdowns (5) in 2025. He led all FBS tight ends with 10.1 yards after the catch per reception last season. — Written by Matt Ryan
