Multiple players who were initially listed as questionable will be active tonight for the Eagles – most of them starters.
Running back Saquon Barkley is active for the first time since injuring his hamstring early against the Rams in Week 4. He is joined by outside linebacker Jalyx Hunt, who suffered an injury against the Jaguars. Finally, outside linebacker Jonathan Greenard is active despite missing practice all week with an ankle injury.
Rookie quarterback Cole Payton is the emergency 3rd quarterback, meaning Joe Milton III has moved up to the backup quarterback position behind Tanner McKee.

Cornerback Jakorian Bennett (knee) was ruled out earlier today and will remain on Injured Reserve this week, while tight end Grant Calcaterra, guard Landon Dickerson, and tight end Eli Stowers were all activated. Stowers, the Eagles' second round-pick this offseason, is set to make his NFL debut.
Four of the inactives were ruled out with injury on Saturday: defensive back Michael Carter II (abdomen), wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring), outside linebacker Nolan Smith (concussion), and wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks (ankle). Center/guard Jake Majors is also inactive after starting agianst the Jaguars and Panthers at center.
Rookie outside linebacker Keyshawn James-Newby was elevated from the practice squad for a second week in a row. Running back Elijah Mitchell – who signed with the practice squad this week – was also elevated.
The Cowboys will be without tackle Drew Shelton (hamstring), wide receiver KaVontae Turpin (ribs), and linebacker Dee Winters (calf), who were all ruled out with injury on Saturday.
Rookie wide receiver Camden Brown is set to make his NFL debut for the Cowboys. Meanwhile, outside linebacker James Houston is also active for the first time this season.
