The Eagles announced on Tuesday that the team has signed defensive back Kenny Moore II from the practice squad to the active roster.

Moore signed to the Eagles' practice squad last week after spending nine seasons with the Indianapolis Colts (2017-2025).

"It's been a roller coaster. Good days, bad days. But for the most part, it's really just finding peace and finding myself through it all. It's been a lot," Moore said of the past few months after his first practice with the team last Thursday. He spent the 2026 offseason and preseason training while not attached to an NFL team.

Undrafted out of NCAA Division II Valdosta State in 2017, the defensive back originally signed with the New England Patriots as a rookie. Despite a strong Training Camp and preseason, Moore II was waived by the Patriots and subsequently claimed by the Colts.

The Georgia native became a key starter on the Colts' defense in 2018, eventually earning a Pro Bowl selection in 2021. Now 31 years old, Moore II has played 132 regular-season games (111 starts) throughout his career, recording 649 tackles, 21 interceptions, 11.5 sacks, and five defensive touchdowns. The 2026 NFL season is Moore II's 10th year in the league.

"I got a lot more years left in me to go get it," Moore said. "So glad to be in green. I'm going to give you all I got."
