Jalen Carter and Lane Johnson will miss the Commanders game.

Thursday's Injury Report

After not practicing all week, it's not a surprise that the Eagles will be without two of their top linemen on Saturday against the Washington Commanders as the team ruled out both defensive tackle Jalen Carter and right tackle Lane Johnson.

In addition, two other players are questionable for Saturday – tight end Cameron Latu (stinger) and offensive tackle Cameron Williams (shoulder). Both Latu and Williams were full participants on Thursday. Williams, a rookie out of Texas, is questionable since he is on Injured Reserve and would need to be activated in order to play.

Carter will miss his third game in a row with the injuries to both of his shoulders. Byron Young and Brandon Graham have picked up the slack at defensive tackle in Carter's absence. The Eagles are coming off the shutout win over the Raiders in which the defense played a season-low 42 snaps.

Johnson is sidelined for the fifth game in a row with a foot injury. Johnson's backup, Fred Johnson, was also on the injury report with an ankle injury. Fred Johnson was a full participant on Thursday and is good to go for the Commanders game.

Everyone else fully practiced and is available for Saturday.

Pro Bowl tackle Laremy Tunsil out for Commanders

The Eagles will be without All-Pro offensive tackle Lane Johnson, so it only makes sense that the Commanders will not have their best offensive lineman in left tackle Laremy Tunsil.

Tunsil suffered an oblique injury last Sunday against the Giants. Tunsil tried to practice earlier in the week, but Head Coach Dan Quinn said, "He's just not there yet. We'll hopefully get him back for the final game, but not for this one."

The Commanders announced at the beginning of the week that quarterback Jayden Daniels will not play in Washington's three remaining games due to a left elbow injury. The Commanders did not put Daniels on Injured Reserve, so the second-year quarterback can remain a limited participant in practice. Quarterback Marcus Mariota will start on Saturday for the Commanders.

The Commanders' defensive line depth takes a hit as defensive tackle Eddie Goldman is out due to a concussion that kept him from practicing all week. On Thursday, defensive tackle Jer'Zhan Newton was added to the injury report with an illness. Newton is questionable for Saturday. Both Goldman and Newton play roughly a third of the Commanders' defensive snaps.

Cornerback Jonathan Jones, who has started four games this season, is questionable with a rib injury and did not practice on Thursday. If Jones is unable to go, Antonio Hamilton will start alongside Noah Igbinoghene and Mike Sainristil.

Wednesday's Injury Report

Saquon Barkley returned to practice after missing Tuesday's walkthrough with a stinger, but the Eagles still have injuries along the offensive line.

Tackles Lane Johnson (ankle) and Fred Johnson (foot), and guard Landon Dickerson (calf/rest) all remained sidelined at Wednesday's practice. Dickerson only had a calf designation on Tuesday, but "rest" was added on Wednesday. Fred Johnson has started in place of Lane Johnson the past four weeks.

Jalen Carter (shoulders) remains out of practice. Tight end Cameron Latu (stinger) did not practice on Tuesday but returned on Wednesday. Tank Bigsby practiced fully after being listed as limited on Tuesday with an illness.

Laremy Tunsil returns to practice for Commanders

The Commanders got left tackle Laremy Tunsil back at practice on Wednesday as a limited participant. Tunsil did not practice on Tuesday due to an oblique injury.

Injuries forced Tunsil to leave Sunday's game against the Giants twice. He was replaced by Brandon Coleman.

Starting linebacker Bobby Wagner remained sidelined with a knee injury. Veteran outside linebacker Von Millers and defensive tackle Daron Payne both returned to practice after rest days.

Tuesday's Injury Report

The Eagles held a walkthrough on Tuesday coming off of Sunday's win over the Las Vegas Raiders. If the Eagles held a practice, several offensive starters – especially along the line – would not have practiced.

All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson has been sidelined since injuring his foot one month ago against the Detroit Lions. He remains out of practice.

His backup, Fred Johnson, landed on the injury report with an ankle injury prior to Sunday's win over the Raiders, but started in the 31-0 win. He would have missed Tuesday's practice due to the injury.

Pro Bowl guard Landon Dickerson would have missed practice with a calf injury that limited him in practice last week.

Running back Saquon Barkley also would not have participated in practice Tuesday due to a stinger that he suffered in the win over the Raiders.

*The Eagles held a walkthrough on Tuesday, so the injury report is an estimation.

T Laremy Tunsil sidelined with oblique injury

Quarterback Marcus Mariota, who will start for the injured Jayden Daniels on Saturday against the Eagles, may not have his blindside protector available as five-time Pro Bowl offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil did not practice on Tuesday due to an oblique injury. Injuries forced Tunsil to leave Sunday's game against the Giants twice. He was replaced by Brandon Coleman.

Wide receiver Noah Brown's name is not on the injury report because he was placed on Injured Reserve after suffering a rib injury in the first half of Sunday's win over the Giants.

Defensive tackle Eddie Goldman missed Tuesday's practice after leaving the second half of Sunday's game with a concussion.

Linebacker Bobby Wagner typically rests during the first practice of the week, but he was also listed as having a knee injury.
