Derek Barnett Will Play Against Giants

Defensive end Derek Barnett will be active for Thursday night's game at the New York Giants. The former first-round pick missed last week's game against Minnesota with a shoulder injury.

The Eagles ruled out five players – linebackers D.J. Alexander (quadricep) and Nathan Gerry (ankle, knee), safety Corey Graham (hamstring), defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (calf), and running back Darren Sproles (hamstring).

Running back Corey Clement (quadricep) will be back in the lineup after missing the past two games.

"He's 100 percent," head coach Doug Pederson said of Clement on Wednesday. "He's full-go and he's excited to have an opportunity again."

The Giants will be without tight end Evan Engram, who is dealing with a knee injury. Defensive end Olivier Vernon will make his season debut. He missed the first five games with an ankle injury.
