1999: Akers spent his first season in Philadelphia as a kickoff specialist, but he got some opportunities on longer kicks, including making a 53-yarder.
2000: Akers had one of the most accurate seasons of his career, going 29-for-33 (87.9%)
2001: Akers' first All-Pro and Pro Bowl nods came this season, as he went 26-for-31
2002: Akers was an All-Pro and Pro Bowler again, going 30-for-34. He also made all 43 of his extra points.
2003: Akers went 24-for-29 and hit 57-yard field goal, which was the longest in his Philadelphia tenure.
2004: Akers continued to rack up Pro Bowl and All-Pro honors, as he made 27 of 32 field goal attempts. He helped the Eagles reach the Super Bowl and didn't miss a single kick during the postseason.
2005: In 12 games, Akers went 16-for-22, making every extra point.
2006: Akers went 18-for-23 and hit all 48 extra point tries.
2007: Akers made 24 of 32 attempts, including a perfect 22-for-22 inside of 40 yards.
2008: With 40 attempts, Akers led the league and made 33 of them. He completed his fourth straight season without a missing an extra point.
2009: Akers returned to the Pro Bowl and earned All-Pro honors, leading the league in both field goal attempts (37) and makes (32).
2010: In his final season with the Eagles, Akers went 32-for-38 and hit all 47 extra point attempts.
