OK, this isn't really about how funny linebacker Kiko Alonso is. Head coach Chip Kelly said that you could sit in a room with Alonso for three hours and he won't say a word.
This is a hilarious bit from Scott Van Pelt's radio shot that he's carried over to his new late-night SportsCenter show.
Van Pelt has ESPN baseball analyst Tim Kurkjian on as a regular guest. Both are Maryland natives. Van Pelt wraps up every interview by saying a name in a Baltimore accent - "Ballimerese" - which causes Kurkjian to erupt in laughter.
Following the game on Monday night, Van Pelt brought up Alonso's picture, said the linebacker's name in the accent and you'll have to watch what follows.
