Week 8 Inactives | Eagles vs. Commanders

The Eagles have six players inactive for today's game in Washington. 

LB Patrick Johnson:Johnson is inactive for the second time this season. 

QB Tanner McKee (3rd QB):The rookie will serves as the team's emergency quarterback and can only play if both Jalen Hurts and Marcus Mariota get injured.

DT Moro Ojomo:With all defensive tackles healthy, the rookie will not play. 

TE Albert Okwuegbunam: With three tight ends active, Okwuegbunam will not play.

RB Rashaad Penny:The running back is once again inactive.

CB Bradley Roby:The veteran misses his second consecutive game with a shoulder injury.

The Eagles continue to get healthier.

Safety Reed Blankenship will return from a rib injury after missing last Sunday's win against the Dolphins. 

Cornerback James Bradberry, linebacker Zach Cunningham, and defensive tackle Milton Williams were all limited participants at various practices this week. They were given no game status designation and will play. 

Defensive tackle Jordan Davis suffered a hamstring injury this week and missed practice on Friday. But good news for Eagles fans, he will play against the Commanders.

Wide receiver Julio Jones was elevated from the practice squad yesterday and will make his second appearance for the Eagles. He caught one pass for three yards in his Philadelphia debut.

Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel was the biggest injury question mark coming into today's game. However, he is active for Washington.
