Giants vs. Eagles inactives: WR Nelson Agholor, DE Derek Barnett are both out

The Eagles are without two starters on offense and two more on defense for the NFC East showdown with the Giants. Here is a look at the Eagles who are inactive for tonight's game:

WR Nelson Agholor: Initially suffered a knee injury in the November 17 game against the Patriots. He missed the following week's game against Seattle, but contributed three catches for 41 yards last week in Miami. Alshon Jeffery and J.J. Arcega-Whiteside will start on the outside and Greg Ward will be in the slot. Head coach Doug Pederson said that tight end Joshua Perkins could be more involved in the pass game.

DE Derek Barnett: Suffered an ankle injury in the game against Miami last Sunday. Shame because he was outstanding with six tackles and a sack. He also stopped a two-point conversion. Daeshon Hall is active in Barnett's spot. Pederson said that Genard Avery and Josh Sweat will each have a bigger role with Barnett out.

LB Kamu Grugier-Hill: Reported concussion symptoms to the team on Thursday and was placed in concussion protocol. A big loss considering how the Giants utilize running back Saquon Barkley in the pass game.

G Nate Herbig: The rookie has been inactive for every game this season. Andre Dillard, Matt Pryor, and Halapoulivaati Vaitai are the backup offensive linemen.

RB Jordan Howard: Despite being able to practice in a limited capacity, the running back has yet to be cleared for contact from a shoulder injury suffered in the November 3 win over the Bears. Miles Sanders will start. Pederson said that he wants to get Jay Ajayi more work this week. This is Ajayi's third game since re-signing with the team.

DE Shareef Miller: The rookie defensive end is inactive. He's been up for two games this year..

G Sua Opeta: Promoted to the active roster when Miami wanted to sign him off the practice squad this past week, Opeta is inactive.
