1999: McNabb was the No. 2 overall pick by the Eagles and started six games as a rookie, throwing for 948 yards and eight touchdowns.
2000: In his first full season starting, McNabb took the league by storm finishing as the runner-up for AP MVP. He had 3,365 passing yards and 21 touchdowns and helped the Eagles reach the Divisional Round of the playoffs. McNabb also added 629 yards and six scores on the ground.
2001: McNabb took the Eagles to another 11-5 regular season, and this time helped Philadelphia reach the NFC Championship game. He threw for over 3,000 and 25 touchdowns during the regular season.
2002: McNabb started just 10 games but was available when it mattered most, leading the Eagles to the NFC title game again. He had 460 rushing yards and six rushing scores during the regular season.
2003: McNabb threw for 3,216 yards and 16 touchdowns as the Eagles made their third consecutive NFC Championship Game.
2004: In his best season in the NFL, McNabb threw for 3,875 yards and a career-high 31 touchdowns. He made his first consecutive Pro Bowl as the Eagles made it to the Super Bowl for the first time since 1980.
2005: McNabb played in just nine games but threw 16 touchdown passes.
2006: In 10 games, McNabb had 2,647 passing yards and 18 touchdowns, leading the NFL in yards per completion (14.7).
2007: McNabb played in 14 games and amassed 3,324 passing yards and 19 touchdowns.
2008: Playing in every game, McNabb led the Eagles to a 9-6-1 record, posting a career-high 3,916 passing yards and 23 touchdowns. He brought the Eagles back to the postseason, where they made the NFC Championship game for the fifth time in the McNabb era.
2009: McNabb's final season in Philadelphia saw him throw for 3,553 yards and 22 touchdowns, making the final Pro Bowl of his career.
