The Eagles will have seven players inactive for Sunday Night Football against the Miami Dolphins.

S Reed Blankenship: Blankenship suffered a rib injury last week and will miss his second game of the season.

LB Patrick Johnson: A fixture on special teams, the third-year linebacker is inactive for the first time this season.

QB Tanner McKee (3rd QB): The rookie will serve as the team's emergency quarterback and can only play if Jalen Hurts and Marcus Mariota get injured.

DT Moro Ojomo: The rookie defensive tackle played the last two weeks, but with the defensive line healthy again, Ojomo will sit.

TE Albert Okwuegbunam: With three tight ends active, Okwuegbunam will not dress.

RB Rashaad Penny: The running back is once again inactive.

CB Bradley Roby: The newly acquired Roby is out with a shoulder injury.

Reed Blankenship (ribs) and Bradley Roby (shoulder) are the only players out with injuries for the Eagles.

Sydney Brown (hamstring), Jalen Carter (ankle), Darius Slay (knee), and Marlon Tuipulotu (triceps), who all missed last week with injuries, are active.

Lane Johnson (ankle) and Eli Ricks (knee) both left last week's game against the Jets. Johnson and Ricks, along with Milton Williams (ankle), were all full participants at practice on Friday and are active.

Dallas Goedert (groin) and DeVonta Smith (hamstring) were limited at Friday's practice but have no game status designations.

Yesterday, the team elevated cornerback Mekhi Garner and wide receiver Julio Jones from the practice squad. Garner will make his second straight appearance while Jones, a 13-year veteran, will make his Philadelphia debut after signing earlier in the week. - Written by Owen Boyle
