Due to the impending weather facing the tri-state region, we are closely monitoring the forecast to determine the best-case scenario for the Eagles Autism Challenge on Saturday, May 19. While the event will go on rain or shine, road and weather conditions may alter specific aspects of the Wawa Shorti 30-mile and Wawa Classic 50-mile bike routes. The Wawa Junior 15-mile bike ride and five Below 5K Run/Walk will go on as originally planned.
The safety of our participants is paramount and the decision we make will be based solely on that.
We will continue to pay close attention to the forecast and a decision will be made by 7 p.m. this evening. The decision will be communicated at Lincoln Financial Field's Kick-Off Party, across the team's social media channels, and via email.
