The Eagles have added a little more depth to the offensive line with Sunday morning's addition of guard Evan Mathis.
A veteran of seven NFL seasons, the 6-5, 302-pound Mathis has played in 58 career games (22 starts) for the Cincinnati Bengals (2008-10), Miami Dolphins (2008), and Carolina Panthers (2005-07).
A third round draft choice of the Panthers in 2005, the 29-year-old played collegiately at Alabama, where he notched a streak of 47 consecutive starts in four seasons.
