Sunday Morning Practice Recap

In addition to the return of Jamaal Jackson and Todd Herremans to the practice field earlier today, cornerback Macho Harris (hamstring) and defensive tackle Antonio Dixon (concussion) also returned to practice.

"I'm just happy to be back out here. It's been two weeks now, so I have to get my feet back and get in more football shape," said Dixon. "I've been doing conditioning, but it's nothing like being in football shape."

Running back Mike Bell didn't take part in Friday night's preseason opener because of a hamstring injury. He did return to practice last week as a partial participant and took part in Sunday morning's practice as well. However, he suffered a calf strain during practice, but it's not considered to be serious.

Still sidelined were center Nick Cole (knee), defensive end Victor Abiamiri (knee), running back J.J. Arrington (foot) and safety Quintin Demps (knee/bone contusion). Head coach Andy Reid announced that safety Antoine Harris was placed on Injured Reserve after suffering a Lis franc sprain Friday night.
