Jalen Hurts is NOT active for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints due to a shoulder injury suffered in Week 15. Instead, Gardner Minshew will start again for a second straight week.

Lane Johnson and Avonte Maddox are also out for the game -- they were both injured in Dallas on Christmas eve.
