Rotation: Starters Will Play A Half

After the Eagles finished training camp practice -- done, final -- Andy Reid met the media and announced that the starters on Friday night will play a half against the Bengals, and that cornerback David Pender, guard Todd Herremans (foot), center Jamaal Jackson (knee) and offensive lineman Nick Cole (knee) will not play in preseason game No. 2. Cornerback Asante Samuel (hamstring) and running back Mike Bell (calf) are questionable. Samuel did not take part in the walk through on Wednesday, while Bell did take part.

Defensive end Victor Abiamiri remains on PUP.
