Roster Moves 2022 Season 1920

The Eagles made the following roster moves on Wednesday:

  • Signed TE Dalton Keene and WR Auden Tate
  • Released RB La'Mical Perine and QB Reid Sinnett

Signed

TE Dalton Keene is a 6-foot-4, 251 pound tight end originally drafted by the New England Patriots in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He saw time in six games and caught three passes for 16 yards during his rookie season but missed the entire 2021 season due to injury.

WR Auden Tate was drafted by the Bengals in 2018; he played collegiately at Florida State. Tate played in Cincinnati through his four-year contract before the Falcons signed him to a one-year deal for the 2022 season during free agency. The Falcons released him on Aug. 23. The 25-year-old recorded 61 receptions for 799 yards during his NFL career.

Released

RB La'Mical Perine is in his third NFL season after being drafted by the Jets in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He spent just under a week on the team's practice squad; the Eagles signed him on Sept. 1.

QB Reid Sinnett was claimed off of waivers on Oct. 25 during the 2021 season. Sinnett played collegiately at San Diego before being signed by Tampa Bay as an undrafted free agent. He took the majority of third-string snaps behind backup Gardner Minshew during the Eagles' 2022 preseason.
