Rolle Misses Practice For Giants

Starting free safety Antrel Rolle missed Thursday's practice for the Giants due to a knee injury he suffered in last Thursday's win over the Panthers when he collided with a camera man behind the end zone.

Rolle was limited in Wednesday's practice. He told New York reporters that he is hopeful that he can play Sunday night against the Eagles.

Three other players missed practice - starting offensive tackle David Diehl (knee), starting cornerback Jayron Hosley (hamstring) and linebacker Keith Rivers.

Wide receiver Hakeem Nicks returned to practice as a limited participant after missing Wednesday's practice due to a lingering foot injury that sidelined him for the Panthers game. Nicks is expected to play against the Eagles. Cornerback Michael Coe (hamstring) was also upgraded from not practicing Wednesday to a limited participant Thursday.

Four Giants were listed as full participants on the injury report: running back Ahmad Bradshaw (neck), wide receiver Domenik Hixon (concussion), defensive end Adewale Ojomo and cornerback Corey Webster. Bradshaw is on track to regain his starting job after missing the Panthers game, but coaches indicate that Andre Brown - who rushed for 113 yards and two touchdowns vs. Carolina - will also get carries.
