'No reason for concern' regarding DeSean Jackson injury

Eagles Insider Dave Spadaro provided an official report from the team regarding the status of wide receiver DeSean Jackson.

Jackson has a "small fracture," in his left ring finger, per Spadaro, but he will play against Washington on September 8 in the regular-season opener.

There's "no reason for concern," per Spadaro.

Jackson and the starters have Thursday night off as the preseason comes to a close against the New York Jets. Clayton Thorson started at quarterback.
