The Eagles elevated two players from the practice squad for Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams – tight ends Josiah Deguara and Zach Ertz.

With Dallas Goedert out with a knee injury, the Eagles have E.J. Jenkins and Johnny Mundt available at tight end in addition to Deguara and Ertz.

TE Josiah Deguara

• A seventh-year veteran out of Cincinnati, Deguara was signed by the Eagles to the practice squad on September 15. This is his first gameday elevation.

• A third-round pick of the Packers in 2020, Deguara has 77 career regular-season games and an additional three playoff games on his resume.

• Deguara has 53 career receptions for 471 yards and four touchdowns. His most productive season came in 2021 when he caught 25 receptions for 245 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

• The 6-foot-2, 238-pound Deguara has also played games for the Jaguars and the Cardinals.

• At the University of Cincinnati, Deguara won the Claude Rost Award – the Bearcats' MVP, which has also been claimed by Eagles legends Connor Barwin, Brent Celek, and Trent Cole.

TE Zach Ertz

• The author of the first Super Bowl-winning touchdown catch in franchise history, Ertz returned to the practice squad on September 22 and was elevated for Monday night's game in Chicago, where he had one catch for 9 yards.

• In his 14th NFL season, Ertz is just nine receptions from tying the Eagles' all-time record, currently held by Pro Football Hall of Famer Harold Carmichael (589).
