Here are the seven players who are inactive for today's game against the Cardinals:
• QB Ian Book: Book has been the third quarterback this season.
• K Jake Elliott: Elliott is out with a right ankle injury. Cameron Dicker was elevated from the practice squad and will make his NFL debut.
• LB Patrick Johnson: Johnson is out due to a concussion.
• CB Avonte Maddox: Maddox is out for a second straight game due to an ankle injury.
• T Jordan Mailata: Mailata was downgraded to out with a shoulder injury he incurred in last Sunday's win over the Jaguars.
• DE Janarius Robinson: Robinson has yet to be active for a game this season.
• RB Boston Scott: Scott was questionable for today's game with a rib injury. Trey Sermon will be the third running back.
In addition to Dicker, safety Andre Chachere was elevated from the practice squad for today's game.
Safety Reed Blankenship and guard Josh Sills will be active for the first time as well.
