Friday's Injury Report

The Eagles will be without starting center Cam Jurgens (knee) for the second consecutive game as he is the only Eagle ruled out against the Packers.

Outside linebacker Nolan Smith (triceps), cornerback Jakorian Bennett (pectoral), and center/guard Willie Lampkin (knee/ankle) are all questionable. The trio are all currently on Injured Reserve and would need to be activated by Monday at 4 PM to play against the Packers.

Philadelphia gets back wide receiver A.J. Brown, who was sidelined against the Giants before the Bye Week. Brown (hamstring) was a full practice participant all week. Running back Saquon Barkley has no injury designation heading into Monday's game. He left the Giants game early with a groin injury.

With Jurgens out, Brett Toth is in line to start at center. Toth stepped in for Jurgens after he left the Vikings game and started in his place against New York, opening sizable holes and getting out in space for the Eagles' best run game of the season.

Philadelphia's secondary looks different from the last time the Birds took the field with new additions in Michael Carter II and Jaire Alexander, plus Adoree' Jackson (concussion) returning to action. Jakorian Bennett, who practiced fully all week, could also play if he is activated off IR. Kelee Ringo played over 80% of the defensive snaps in Week 8 when Jackson was inactive.

The Eagles also have a new-look defensive line with Jaelan Phillips and Brandon Graham set to make their Eagles season debuts on Monday night. Smith was also a full participant this week and said he expects to play against the Packers.

Packers have three questionable wide receivers

The Green Bay Packers will be without two key defensive players, as cornerback Nate Hobbs (knee) and defensive end Lukas Van Ness (foot) were ruled out for Monday Night Football.

The wide receiver depth will be something to watch as Matthew Golden (shoulder), Dontayvion Wicks (calf), and Savion Williams (foot) are questionable. Golden has not practiced in the past two days after being limited on Thursday. He suffered the injury last Sunday against the Panthers. Wicks and Williams were limited participants on Saturday.

Packers starting right tackle Zach Tom is also questionable with a back injury. He was a limited participant in practice all week.

Inactives will be announced at 6:45 PM on Monday evening.

Thursday's Injury Report

On Thursday, wide receiver A.J. Brown declared that he's going to play Monday night against the Packers.

On Friday, outside linebacker Nolan Smith made the same proclamation.

"Hell yeah," Smith said on Friday when asked if he's playing in Green Bay.

Smith returned to practice this week for the first time since injuring his triceps in the Week 3 win over the Rams.

The Eagles' edge group for Monday night could feature the debut of Jaelan Phillips, the return of Smith and Brandon Graham, along with strong contributions from Jalyx Hunt and Joshua Uche.

"I think we added great additions to the room," Smith said. "We're a bunch of hungry guys ready to go work and go eat."

This season, Smith has 10 tackles and a forced fumble in 142 defensive snaps. He plays with such violent force on the edge in defending the run and his non-stop motor makes it tough for opposing offensive linemen to keep him at bay.

When the Eagles beat the Packers in the NFC's Wild Card Round last season, Smith sacked Green Bay quarterback Jordan Love twice, becoming the youngest Eagle (23 years old) ever to record multiple sacks in a postseason game. By the end of the Super Bowl run, Smith set a new franchise playoff record with four sacks.

Smith has been a full participant in practice this week, but the Eagles still need to activate him off Injured Reserve by Monday at 4 PM.

Starting center Cam Jurgens missed Friday's practice with a knee injury. He has yet to practice since suffering the injury in the Week 8 win in Minnesota. Brett Toth started for Jurgens against the Giants in the Eagles' last game.

Cornerback Adoree' Jackson did not participate in Friday's practice due to personal reasons. He is also in the concussion protocol and was limited on Thursday.

Defensive tackle Moro Ojomo also has a concussion, but he was a full participant on Friday after being limited on Thursday.

Everyone else fully participated in Friday's practice. The team will practice again on Saturday before traveling to Green Bay on Sunday.

WR depth comes into focus for Packers

The Packers will already be without starting tight end Tucker Kraft, who suffered a season-ending knee injury last Sunday against the Panthers. Kraft leads the Packers with six receiving touchdowns.

Wide receiver Matthew Golden also exited the game with a shoulder injury. He was a limited participant on Thursday, but did not practice on Friday. Golden is third on the team in receiving yards with 262 this year. Fellow wide receiver Malik Heath (hip) was added to the Injury Report on Friday as a limited participant.

Those aren't the only two wide receivers on the injury report. Christian Watson, who made his season debut just two weeks ago from a 2024 knee injury, is limited during the week as a precautionary measure. Dontayvion Wicks has been limited with a calf injury. Savion Williams did return to practice on Friday as a limited participant with a foot injury.

Cornerback Nate Hobbs remained sidelined on Friday with a knee injury that he suffered against the Panthers. Quarterback Malik Willis (calf) was added to the injury report on Friday as a limited participant.

Defensive end Lukas Van Ness remains out of practice with a foot injury.

Thursday's Injury Report

The Eagles' offense put up season highs in points and yards in their game before the Bye Week, a dominant 38-20 victory over the Giants.

And they're about to get an All-Pro receiver back in the lineup.

After missing the Giants game due to a hamstring injury, wide receiver A.J. Brown told reporters on Thursday, "I'm playing" against the Packers. Brown was a full participant in Thursday's practice.

Brown has 29 catches for 395 yards and three touchdowns this season. He had 121 receiving yards and two touchdowns in his last game, the Week 7 win in Minnesota, easily his best performance of the year. Since Week 5, Brown is averaging 81.3 receiving yards per game.

Last season, when the Eagles and the Packers opened the season in Brazil, Brown went for 119 yards and a touchdown on five receptions.

Brown isn't the only Eagle looking to get back into the mix.

Cornerback Jakorian Bennett (groin), offensive lineman Willie Lampkin (knee/ankle), and outside linebacker Nolan Smith (triceps) all practiced fully as they are in the practice window to return from Injured Reserve.

The only Eagle who did not participate in Thursday's practice was center Cam Jurgens, due to a knee injury suffered in the Vikings game that sidelined him against the Giants.

Cornerback Adoree' Jackson and defensive tackle Moro Ojomo were both limited due to concussions.

Running back Saquon Barkley (groin) was a full participant.

Lukas Van Ness remains sidelined for Packers

Defensive end Lukas Van Ness was one of three Packers who did not participate in Thursday's practice.

Van Ness, the former first-round pick who is now in a reserve role after the acquisition of Micah Parsons, has been sidelined with a foot injury since the Week 6 game against Cincinnati. Van Ness has 1.5 sacks this season, while playing 48 percent of the defensive snaps when active.

Outside cornerback Nate Hobbs suffered a knee injury in the Week 9 loss to the Panthers and is expected to miss the Eagles game. The Packers have Keisean Nixon and Carrington Valentine starting on the outside with Javon Bullard as the nickel.

Wide receiver Savion Williams suffered a foot injury against Carolina and did not practice on Thursday. Christian Watson played in just his second game of the season last week against the Panthers after coming back from a 2024 knee injury. Fellow receivers Matthew Golden (shoulder) and Dontayvion Wicks (calf) are also dealing with injuries.
