Eagles Announce Projected Starters For Tonight

The Eagles have announced the projected starters for tonight's preseason finale against the New York Jets.

On offense, Michael Vick will start at quarterback. Martell Mallett will start at running back with Eldra Buckley at fullback. Clay Harbor is the starting tight end. Along the offensive line, from left to right, you have Austin Howard, Max Jean-Gilles, A.Q. Shipley, Dallas Reynolds and King Dunlap.

On defense, Daniel Te'o-Nesheim will start at left defensive end, left defensive tackle Jeff Owens, right defensive tackle Antonio Dixon and Darryl Tapp rounds out the line. Keenan Clayton is the starting WILL linebacker with Omar Gaither in the middle and Moise Fokou is over on the strong side. In the secondary, Joselio Hanson and Trevard Lindley will start at left and right cornerback, respectively. Macho Harris starts at free safety with Kurt Coleman at strong safety.

FYI, the captains for tonight are Kevin Kolb, DeSean Jackson, Stewart Bradley, Quintin Mikell and David Akers.
