Eagles Add Veteran Safety Page

Page, formerly of the New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs, is entering his sixth season in the league. In 2008, he started all 16 games for the Chiefs, registering four interceptions. In 2010, he played 10 games, starting one, for the Patriots. He is also said to be a good special teams player.

At safety, Page adds some needed experience. Nate Allen and Kurt Coleman are in their second seasons, while rookie Jaiquawn Jarrett is also in the mix. Marlin Jackson is the only veteran presence at the moment.
