Eagles activate WR Deontay Burnett from the Practice Squad COVID-19 list

The Eagles welcomed back wide receiver Deontay Burnett, who was activated from the Practice Squad COVID-19 list on Thursday. The team's practice squad is back at full capacity.

Burnett was placed on the list back on November 19. Good news for the Eagles is that they don't have any players on a Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Burnett played two games for the Eagles earlier this season – against the Bengals and 49ers – and recorded three catches for 19 yards in 58 snaps. The speedy Burnett chipped in with two catches for 48 yards – including a 41-yard reception – in the regular-season finale at the New York Giants last year to help the Eagles clinch the NFC East, just after being called up from the practice squad.
