Saturday's Injury Update

The Eagles announced on Saturday afternoon that they have downgraded linebacker Zach Cunningham (knee) to doubtful and tight end Albert Okwuegbunam (hamstring) to out for Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals. Both players were initially listed as questionable. Cunningham has missed the previous two games due to the injury. Okwuegbunam was added to the injury report on Friday.

Cornerback Darius Slay (knee) was the only other player with a game status designation on Friday, and he was declared out. Slay will miss his third game in a row following arthroscopic knee surgery.

The Eagles have until 4 PM to determine whether or not they will elevate any players from the practice squad or activate cornerback Avonte Maddox off Injured Reserve. Maddox was a full participant in practice this week. He has not played since Week 2 against Minnesota with a pectoral injury.

For Arizona, four players are questionable, including quarterback Kyler Murray, who was limited in practice this week due to an illness. Wide receiver Hollywood Brown was placed on Injured Reserve with a heel injury, ending his season.

Friday's Injury Report

The Eagles held their final practice of the week before Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Guard Landon Dickerson (thumb) and cornerback Avonte Maddox (pectoral) were full participants at practice and have no game status designations for Sunday. With Maddox still on injured reserve, a corresponding roster move will need to be made to add the veteran back to the 53-man roster.

Linebacker Nicholas Morrow (abdomen) also has no game status designation for Week 17. Morrow was a limited participant at practice this week after missing Week 16 with his injury. 

Linebacker Zach Cunningham (knee) and tight end Albert Okwuegbunam (hamstring) are both questionable for Sunday's game. Cunningham was a limited participant in practice all week after missing the last two games. Okwuegbunam was added to the injury report today and was a limited participant during practice. 

Cornerback Darius Slay (knee) will miss his third straight game as he recovers from arthroscopic knee surgery. He is the only Eagle listed as OUT this week.

Thursday's Injury Report

The Eagles held a full practice on Thursday. 

Guard Landon Dickerson (thumb) and cornerback Avonte Maddox (pectoral) were once again full participants at practice. Dickerson missed Monday's win after a reported thumb surgery last week. Maddox has been a full participant at practice since having his 21-day practice window opened on December 21. The veteran has not played since Week 2.

Linebackers Zach Cunningham (knee) and Nicholas Morrow (abdomen) were limited participants on Thursday. Cunningham has missed the last two games while Morrow did not play on Monday. 

Cornerback Darius Slay (knee) is still the only Eagle that is not practicing. The cornerback expects to return this season, but his timetable is unknown.

The Eagles will practice on Friday for the final time before Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Wednesday's Injury Report

The Eagles participated in a walkthrough. Today's report is an estimation.

Guard Landon Dickerson (thumb) would have been a full participant at today's practice. Dickerson missed Monday's game after reportedly having thumb surgery early last week.

Cornerback Avonte Maddox (pectoral) remains a full participant at practice since having his 21-day practice window opened last week, designating him for a return from the Injured Reserve list. Maddox has not yet been added to the 53-man roster.

"I have to make sure I have the physical traits of being able to play a certain amount of snaps and not be as tired as much," Maddox said. "I am slowly progressing throughout the week, getting a lot of practice reps."

Cornerback Darius Slay (knee) was the only Eagle who would not have practiced today. The veteran is working his way back from knee surgery that has kept him off the field for the last two games. The cornerback expects to return this season, but his timetable is unknown.
